Gmail has been bouncing lots of emails plus they have a quota system now which is causing problems with delivery. But you can put a Label and Filter and white list our email address so that our emails will not bounce. You may use Gmail but please be aware that it is your responsibility to insure that our emails do not bounce by insuring that you are never over quota and that you white list our email address.
We also accept site email addresses like JohnSmith@mysite.com
